Our History
Founded in 1995 by Brandon and Brenda Bowles, Total Restoration initially operated as a flooring company. Recognizing a need for better customer experiences in restoration, they transitioned into the restoration industry in 1999. Brandon’s commitment to detail and empathy quickly earned Total Restoration a reputation as the preferred choice for insurance companies.
Their son, Wade, joined the company full-time in 2002, starting from entry-level positions and eventually overseeing day-to-day operations. He knows what customers need and always provides exceptional customer service. Under Brandon and Wade’s leadership, Total Restoration has built a culture centered on caring for people during tough times.
