Packing/Cleaning

Duties include:

• Cleaning and Safely Packing contents
• Using a handheld device (phone or iPad) to picture and track property items
• Transporting items within a home or to/from box truck and storage unit
• Cleaning up and debris removal of drywall, cabinetry, and flooring that may be damaged
• Unpacking items and returning them to the previous position
• Ensuring work is completed according to the supervisor’s specifications
• Setting up site protection, like the use of protective shoe covers and floor mats
• Cleaning a home or office after the mitigation or construction is complete, including but not limited to dusting, wiping walls/window coverings, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors
• Performing restoration activities, including light demolition, cleaning, emergency flood service, restorative drying, fire and smoke damage cleaning and deodorization, content cleaning, pack-out and storage, and other specialized cleaning
• Always leave each jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance
• Other job duties and responsibilities as assigned

We Require:

• Able to work 40+ hours per week
• Read/understand English
• Speaking Spanish is a plus
• Ability to lift approximately 30 lbs
• Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals/potentially hazardous materials
• Successful completion of a background check and industry certification requirements
• Able to work in USA

Pay Range $14-16/hour depending on experience!

Mold Remediation Technician

Duties include:

• Perform water mitigation and mold remediation services to exceed industry standards and company policies and procedures

• Perform demolition services as necessary to complete mitigation/remediation, including removal of debris and building materials 

• Setting up site protection, like the use of protective shoe covers and floor mats

• Cleaning a home or office after the mitigation or construction is complete, including but not limited to dusting, wiping walls/window coverings, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors 

• Ensuring work is completed according to supervisor’s specifications

• Maintain constant communication with supervisor/Project Manager

• Adhere to all federal, state, and local safety recommendations utilizing proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and safety practices

• Always leave each jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance

• Other job duties and responsibilities as assigned

We Require:

• Able to work 40+ hours per week

• Clean Background

• Read/understand English (Speaking Spanish is a plus)

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance/accommodation.

• Ability to wear fit tested respirator (by a medical provider)

• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)

• Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time

• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects

• Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals/potentially hazardous materials

• Successful completion of a background check and industry certification requirements

• Able to work in USA

Pay Range $15-18/hour depending on experience!
